What we collect
Investment enquiries: your name, company, email, mobile, country or city, investor type, the opportunity you are interested in, your message and any files you attach.
Job applications: your name, mobile, email, current job title, the position you are applying for, years of experience, city, LinkedIn profile and your CV.
Technical data: your IP address and the time of the submission, used to protect the forms from abuse. If site analytics are switched on, anonymous statistics about how pages are used.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or assess your application, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the website from spam and misuse. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Only the Ebreez Arabia team that handles your enquiry or application. We use trusted service providers to host the website, deliver email and run the “not a robot” check (Cloudflare Turnstile); they process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Investment enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our records, up to three years. Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Submissions and files are stored on our server in a location that cannot be opened from the web, and only authorised staff can access them.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email info@ebreezrealty.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies to identify you. The “not a robot” check and, if switched on, site analytics may set technical cookies needed for them to work.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
