Ebreez Arabia was founded on a simple belief: the right land, developed with care and held for the long term, creates value that outlasts generations. Turning that belief into a company has been the work of my career.
From our first landmark assets in Al Khobar to a portfolio of more than 60 projects across the Kingdom, every step has followed the same principles: secure exceptional locations, build to a standard we are proud to own, and manage every asset as if it were our only one.
Today, Ebreez Arabia is a full-spectrum real estate platform spanning investment, development, asset management and services, with landmark offices, destination retail, residential communities and a pipeline that reaches into leisure and mobility.
The next chapter is about scale. With institutional partners at our side, we will accelerate across the Kingdom’s major cities, with the same conviction that built Ebreez Arabia.

I have spent more than two decades at that intersection, structuring real estate funds, investments and capital transactions within the Kingdom’s regulated capital markets.
